Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery time: 3–13 business days

United States

Estimated delivery time: 5–14 business days

International

Estimated delivery time: 5–15 business days

⚠️ Important:
Due to high order volume, international customs, or tariffs, some orders may experience extended delivery times of 1–2 months. This is normal and not considered lost unless past 60 days from shipment.


Shipping Rates

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

The Annoying Present is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer

  • Return-to-sender fees

  • Reshipping costs

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay for reshipping.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If the carrier marks a package as Delivered, The Annoying Present is not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Lost packages after delivery

  • Packages delivered to a mailbox or doorstep

We strongly recommend providing a secure delivery location or using a tracked shipping method.

If a package is lost before the delivery scan, please contact us and we will assist.
